What I can do for you

  • Discuss and provide access to several types of functional lab tests, such as stool, urine, hormone, and food allergies, to identify stressors and healing possibilities.
  • Analyze nutritional and functional lab reports to provide you with insights on your present health status.
  • Make suggestions for lifestyle and dietary changes that will help you improve your health.
  • Advice you on nutritional supplements based on your health and requirements.
  • Assist you in creating actionable goals and a framework for achieving better health.
  • Provide holistic on-going guidance and support using holistic interventions.

What I can't or don't do

  • I can’t bill your insurance.
  • I can’t provide “medical” advice or medical treatments.
  • I can’t diagnose you with a condition or disease, I am not a medical doctor. Instead, we’ll look at various strategies for detecting hidden triggers known to cause symptoms and contribute to illness and discuss alternatives solutions to conventional medicine that are available in an educational manner.
  • I can’t replace your doctor’s regimen. The alternative therapies suggested are not intended to substitute your doctor’s medical care.
  • I don’t offer cures. Instead, I help you support your body’s innate ability to heal itself.
  • I don’t do meal plans, or calorie count diets.
